Today, we had two windows that needed glass replacement—one was a privacy glass window, and the other was a quarter-inch glass. Our service technician took the wrong measurements, and the glass ended up oversized. Now, we have the option either to order a new glass or possibly cut the window. It’s not the best idea, but it’s the only way we could fit in the glass.
Not a good idea :
This is a bad idea to fix a sliding glass door and put not compatible rollers. When it’s a mix and match, maybe it can slide temporarily, but after a period of time, the rollers, since it’s not sitting properly in the frame, can go off the frame and make the door unstable, and it’s not going to go as smooth
It’s not a good idea to get angry or curse at clients over a stop payment, even if it feels like you were ripped off.
Today, a client almost received the service for free and even expected additional work at no cost. The job was completed, the client paid, and we left the house. About 40 minutes later, the client called the bank and stopped the check.
